REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, and with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased through our online store. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange an item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only full price items may be returned for a refund. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Only unworn items with original tag will be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note we can only refund the cost of the item, we do not refund shipping costs.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 days of receipt of goods.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange you purchase for the same item or something of equivalent value, please send us an email at info@nataschamehrabi.com and we will get back to you with further instructions.

Shipping

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging or returning your item. If you receive a refund the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund. The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot; therefore we suggest you arranged a tracked or recorded delivery service. For high-value items we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them. If we do not receive the item through your chosen shipping carrier we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund.
